Weet-Bix Slices
This morning instead of writing we Baked weet-bix slices. We were set to groups of five and four And we got are ingredients added them and flattened it on a baking trey but we put baking foil down first we all doubled the ingredients so we have more and miss McCombie made another batche to put on are trey because we had the biggest trey. We put them in the oven for 10 minutes and let them set.
Here are the Ingredients Remember we doubled ares so we could have them for the whole class. We did not add extra ingredients for the icing. press here for website
weet-bix slice
150g Tararua Butter melted Icing
4 weet-bix (crushed) 1 1/2 cups Chelsea icing sugar
1/2 cup Chelsea white sugar 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
1 cup Edmonds standard Grade flour 1 tsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp cocoa powder 25g Tatarua butter
1 tsp Edmonds baking powder hot water to mix
1 drop vanilla essence
